For groups of 10 or more, cancellation fees apply from 14 days prior to the event. 14-8 days: 30%, 7-2 days: 50%, Day before/Day of: 100%. Detailed policy will be provided with the quote.
We accept bank transfers (domestic and international) and major credit cards. For corporate clients, invoice payment (seikyusho-barai) is available upon approval.
Yes, we are a registered invoice issuer. All receipts and invoices will include our registration number.
